Fixing address mistakes after checkout has traditionally been frustrating for customers. Redirecting them to a separate page disrupted the post-purchase flow and often led to missed updates or delayed deliveries.
To remove that friction, we’ve embedded the address correction form directly into Shopify’s new Thank You page. This allows customers to fix issues immediately after checkout, without leaving the order confirmation flow.

To use this new feature, your store must be on Shopify’s extensibility-based Thank You page. Shopify is deprecating the old version in August 2025, so now’s the time to upgrade if you haven’t already.
